Booking conditions
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Guests may cancel their booking free of charge up to 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled arrival date. In this case, the deposit paid will be refunded in full.
Cancellations must be notified by email. If the cancellation is not communicated in this way, the booking will be considered active.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the arrival date will be subject to a charge equivalent to one night?s accommodation.
In the event of a no-show, a charge equivalent to one night?s accommodation will also apply.
Once this 72-hour period has begun, the deposit paid to confirm the booking will not be refundable, even if the cancellation or inability to arrive is due to circumstances beyond the establishment?s control, such as illness, transport problems or cancellations, issues with access routes, adverse weather conditions or weather warnings.
In exceptional circumstances or cases of force majeure, each case may be assessed individually by the establishment, without this implying any obligation to refund the deposit.
CHECK-IN: From 2 pm to 10.30 pm.
If your room is not available on arrival, you can leave your luggage in the luggage room and make use of the communal facilities.
If you arrive after 10.30 pm, we will send you the necessary information via WhatsApp so that you can gain access to the hotel.
CHECK-OUT: Before 12 noon.
TOURIST TAX
The Tourist Tax is 0,90€ per person per night, applicable to people over 16 years old.
(Not included in the price of the room).

Breakfast is always included in the room rate.
