Booking conditions
Cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days prior to the arrival date.
Cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date will incur a charge of 50% of the total reservation amount, in accordance with the applicable tourism regulations in Catalonia.
In case of no-show, the deposit paid will not be refunded.
In case of early departure, the guest will be required to pay the total amount of the reservation, with no refund for unused nights.
In situations of duly justified force majeure (such as mobility restrictions, health emergencies, or other serious and unforeseeable circumstances), the establishment will assess each case in accordance with current regulations and may offer a change of dates or alternative solutions, without the obligation of an immediate refund.
